The County Clerk's Office provides many services including motor vehicle licensing, voter registration, elections, recording all land records, issuing marriage licenses, notary bonds, and processing delinquent real estate taxes.

Call our office at (270) 887-4105 and use the following extensions if you need any of the following:

• Do you need a handicap placard for your car:  ext. 1
• Need to know about a lien on your vehicle:  ext. 1  
• Do you need to renew the registration on your vehicle:  ext. 1
• Are you buying or selling a vehicle: ext. 2
• Need your boat registered for the first time: ext. 2
• Need a copy of the deed to your home:  ext. 3
• Do you need to apply for a marriage license or needing a copy of an older marriage license: ext. 3
• Need a copy of a plat:  ext. 3
• Researching family history: ext. 3
• Does your signature on a legal document require notarization: ext. 4
• Do you need to register to vote:  ext. 4
• Traveling outside the United States and need a Passport: ext. 4
• Need to contact your local magistrate:  ext. 4
• Need a Occupational License (Restaurants, Any business that prepares and sells food, Soft Drinks, Cigarettes, Beer and/or Liquor, any business that has pool tables that make a profit, or any business that has bowling lanes):  ext. 4
• Applied to become a Notary Public:  ext. 4
• Any questions about upcoming Elections (such as where voting centers are located, filing to run for office, election date & times, etc.):  ext. 4
